He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Green and Idell Green; his father-in-law George Lenz Jr.; his sister Sharon Swan; his brother-in-law Ron Swan; and his parent-in-law Gay Lenz.
He is survived by: his wife Mona Rae Lenz; his children, Reid Green (Molly) of Laverne, OK, Kasie Winfrey (Dustin) of Copeland, KS, Dace Green (Tiffany) of Burlington, OK and Katie Green of Laverne, OK; his grandchildren, Teegan Green, Dalton Winfrey, Tripp Green, Dyson Winfrey, Tinsley Green, Braxton Johnston, Jordyn Green, Trinity Condit, Ramsey, Claynee and Quincy Green; his brother Alan Green (Gale) of Oklahoma City, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Roy Lenz (Barbara) of Laverne, OK and Yvonda Lenz of Woodward, OK.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
