He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Bay and Norma Bay (Deal); and his wife Helen Bay. He is survived by : his sons, David Bay (Tammie), Mark Bay (Kerie) and Donald Bay (Mary). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Shaw Funeral Home of Shattuck Tuesday (1501 S Main St, Shattuck, OK 73858). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Shattuck Methodist Church (701 Olive St, Shattuck, OK 73858).
