He is survived by: his wife Liz (Greenfield) of Gage; his siblings, Larry (Traci) of Wichita, Kenny (Keri) of Minco, Oklahoma and Robin (John) of Englewood, Florida; his daughters, Shallon (Jeff) of Chickasha and Kelsey (Jamie) of Woodward, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Colby, Cady, James, Lakota, Toby, Zachary, Izak, Johnny Ray and Sissy.
