He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Allen and Louise Allen; his sister Teresa Keirsey; and his brother-in-law Donald Poole. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Mark Allen (Vickie) of Wanette and Marcia Wyssman (Ray) of Kailua Kona, Hawaii; and his siblings-in-law, Jerrylynn Barker (Phil) of Oak and Keith Poole (Dawn) of Brookston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (McAlester, OK 74501).
