She is survived by: her husband Don Carter; her children, Nicole Pater (Jeremy), Joni Kedrowski (Robert), Alyson Heath, Craig Heath, Shannon Carter, Nick Carter (Angela) and Jon Carter; her grandchildren, Grace Pater, Conner Pater, Gina Kobylinski, Samantha Kedrowski, Maranda Kedrowski, Hendrix McClain, Emery McClain, Joclynn Newman, Madilynn Carter and Harlan Carter; her great grandchild Estelle Kobylinski; and her siblings, Herb Smith (Jo), Vonn VanDorp (Willie), Al Smith (Beth), Jan Petz (Bruce), Debbie Halbert (Gary) and Larry Smith (Jodi). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
