He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Napoleon and Velma Napoleon (Talley); his daughter Serreta; his son-in-law Bryce O'Guinn; and his siblings, Letha Rivers, Eudell Young, Wyomia Reed, Ernestine Gordon, Leon Napoleon, Willie Napoleon, Fred Napoleon, Alvin Napoleon and John Napoleon.
He is survived by: his spouse Kaye L. Young; his son Robert Anthony "Tony" Napoleon of Shawnee, OK; his grandsons, Diontre O'Guinn, Anthony O'Guinn, Nick Napoleon, Braden Napoleon and Josh Napoleon; his great grandchildren, Kameron Napoleon, Moxon Napoleon, Kyrie O'Guinn and Jaggar Napoleon; and his siblings, Helen Hall of Oklahoma City, OK, Hazel Keesee of Tecumseh, OK, Debra Teal of Shawnee, OK, Spencer Napoleon of Madera, CA and Theodore Napoleon of San Jose, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family members and loving friends.
