He is survived by: his wife Alicia Sockwell of McLoud; his children, Mandy L. Elroy (Justin) of Marlow, Elaine M. Wood (Mike) of Jacksonville, Florida, Crystal D. Shower (Michael T.) of Waterloo, Iowa, Cecil R. Sockwell Jr. (Linda M.) of Clinton, Missouri and Kandy A. Patterson (Kenny) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his siblings, Billy Sockwell (Marissa) of Oklahoma City, Jerry Sockwell (Jennifer) of Houston, Texas, Rita Shaw of Oklahoma City, Michelle Silvas of Portsmouth, Virginia and Leslie Sickler (Chad) of Edmond; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Sockwell of Bethany, Rick Vannoy of Woodbine, Georgia and Jim Duenow of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 9 nieces, and 14 nephews.
