He is survived by: his children, Joshua Cowan (Amy Perkins) of Shawnee, Jacob Cowan (Kacia) of Houston, TX, Courtney Cowan of Shawnee and Kayley Cowan of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Bentley Cowan and Aiden Cowan; his brother Jackie Don Cowan; his sister-in-law Marcia Cowan of Shawnee; and his uncle Porter Russ. He is also survived by several cousins, other family members and friends.
