She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Schillings Smalts of New Mexico; her half-sister Ellen Smalts of New Mexico; her grandparents, Carrie Snyder Schillings and Jake Schillings of Shawnee; her husband William Franklin Bly (Bill); her grandson Dakota Joe Blakley of Shawnee; and her son William Franklin Bly II (Frank) of Tulsa.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy, Bobby Kingery of Shawnee, Kim, Darrell Blakley of Shawnee, Frank, Angie Bly of Tulsa, Cara, Alan Baxter of Tecumseh, Joe, Christine Bly of Shawnee, Kelly Bly of Shawnee and Earl Smalts Jr. of New Mexico. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
