He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Eeds and Ina Eeds; his daughter Tammy Heflin; and his sisters, Wanda Fae Flowers and Eva Mae Flowers.

He is survived by : his wife Peggy Eeds; and his children, Tod (Linda Eeds), Carmen (Chip Vance), Jerry (Cindy Eeds) and Scott (Melissa Eeds).
