He was predeceased by: his father Phillip; and his sister Ella Teders. He is survived by: his wife Fern; his daughters, Amber Crawley and Phara Charmchi; and his brother Elmer Grove. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request gifts be sent to the Epilepsy Foundation of Oklahoma, or Wesley United Methodist Church of Shawnee, Oklahoma.
