L. and Berneice Troutman (also referred to as Votial and Berneice Troutman); husband: Gene James; sons: Paul James and David James; daughter-in-law: Tammi James; grandchildren: Hank James, Lindsey James, Sean James, and Amy James; great-grandchildren: Britton James, Kamryn James, Simon James, Lucas James, Autumn Huff, Colton Huff, Clara James, and Adeline James; sisters: Pat Mauldin (Wayne) and Nicki Palmer; brothers: Harold Troutman and Cliff Troutman; sister-in-law: Jerry Troutman; father-in-law: T. W. James; mother-in-law: Carrie James; officiant: Dr. Paul Calmes; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Riley-Walker Funeral Service & Crematory (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Baptist Church (227 N Union Ave, Shawnee, OK 74801).
