She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Bouska and Violet Bouska; her siblings, Christopher Bouska, Herman Bouska, Johnny Bouska, William Bouska and Violet Grace "Gracie" Bouska; her nephew Joseph Bouska; and her grandparents, Peter, Anna Bouska, William and Dorothy Vorhis.
She is survived by: her son Michael A. Bouska; her sisters, Mary Bouska Pittman (David), Anna Bouska Culvey (Alan), Theresa Bouska Vega (Jose) and Rose M. Bouska; and her sister-in-law Sharon Conrad Bouska. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, cousins, and one uncle.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walker Funeral & Cremation Service (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804). A wake was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (632 N Kickapoo Ave, Shawnee, OK 74801). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
