He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Armstrong and Wanda Armstrong (Burgess); and his brother Richard Armstrong. He is survived by: his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Kelly Armstrong; and his sister Marla Plunkett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
