She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Guthrie and Farris Guthrie; her husband Bernard Lewis; her sisters, Eldalene Carter and Billie Dorris Biffle; and her great grandchild Peyton Sturgill.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Lewis (Tina) and Cindy Sturgill (Jimmy Sturgill); her grandsons, Tanner Sturgill (Amanda) of Tecumseh, OK, Josh Etheridge of Boerne, TX, Jonathan Etheridge (Morgan) of Nixa, MO and Christopher Etheridge (Angel) of Elgin, OK; her great grandchildren, Casen, Dace Sturgill, Amaris Etheridge, Emma, Abby, William Etheridge, Adam and Evan Etheridge; and her cousin Ernestine Hamm of Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
