He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jenkins; his daughter Jamie; his son-in-law Dennis Dukes of Prague; his daughter Amy Jenkins of Shawnee; his granddaughter Shelby Dukes of Oklahoma City; his great grandchild Jaylin Dukes; his brother Dale Jenkins, Jr.; his sister-in-law Robin of Holdenville; his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Mike Goodman of Oklahoma City; and his sister Jayne Cox of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
