She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ulis Elbert and Mildred Monroe Clem; her pets, William and Sam; and her husband Bob.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Riley-Walker Funeral Service & Crematory (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at the Fairview Cemetery (1500 N Center Ave, Shawnee, OK 74804).
Memorial donations in Janet's honor may be made to the Pottawatomie County Historical Society or Oklahoma Baptist University.
