He is survived by: his mother Ruby Skaggs; his wife Sheila Skaggs; his children, Jerry Lee Skaggs Jr. (Patty) and Renea Lynn Arredondo (Alex); his grandchildren, Christina Skaggs, Ricardo Harris, Alexis Howell (Chad Howell), Nicholas Skaggs, Julian Arredondo and Isabella McCoy (Dakota McCoy); and his siblings, Theresa Skaggs-Buelt (Lloyd) and Sam Womble. He is also survived by extended family members, church family, friends.
