It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan S. Reeves (Shawnee, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Smith and Lillian Smith (Moore); her husband James Reeves; her brothers, Wayne Fackler (Marge), Darrell Smith and Jerry Smith; and her son-in-law Philip Mosier.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Reeves of Shawnee and Luanne Mosier of Shawnee; her brothers, Dean Smith (Gayle) of Edmond and Ron Smith (Sheila) of Oklahoma City; her granddaughters, Christina Collins (Brad) of Shawnee and Amanda Brackeen of Shawnee; her great grandchildren, Kayana Brackeen (Jonathan Green), Emma Collins, Lilian Brackeen, Andrew Collins and Molly Brackeen; and her great great grandchild Theodore Green. She is also survived by other great-great grandson due in June; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Central Church of Christ in Shawnee.
