He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Anthony and Margo Lane Cisco (Stephenson); and his sons, Johnny Anthony Cisco Jr. and Anthony Wetselline Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Colinda Cisco; his daughter Stevie Rae Wetselline; his siblings, Vivian Cisco, Victoria Cisco, Mollie Cisco, Raymond Cisco, Stevie Joe Cisco, John David Blackwolf, Victor Cisco III, Jenna Johnson and Wedah Johnson; and his aunts, Judy Elizonda and Francine Meade.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (301 S W Oklahoma Ave, Anadarko, OK 73005). A wake will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
