He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Dolin; his sons, Neil A. Dolin and Bryan E. Dolin; his grandson Blake A. Dolin; his granddaughter-in-law Victoria; and his siblings, Patrick Dolin of Santa Fe, Maureen Gilleland of Wichita Falls and Mary Ellen Bishop of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
The family has designated Cohesive Hospice or Alzheimer's Association as appropriate for memorials.
