He is survived by: his mother Helen Chastain; his siblings, Damon Chastain (Vicki), Jason Chastain (Jocelin) and Kim Riggs (Kevin); his children, Reagen Chastain (Scotlyn), Riley Chastain and Claire Patten (Preston); his grandchildren, Brooks and Huxley; and his former wife Shanda Chastain.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riley-Walker Funeral Service & Crematory (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Garden Grove Missionary Baptist Church (49983 Wolverine Rd, Prague, OK 74864).
