He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Godwin and Nellie Godwin; his wife Sandy; and his granddaughter Ella Godwin. He is survived by: his children, Chantel Andrews and Scott Godwin; his grandchildren, Nicole Palmer, Brandon Sellars, Avery Sellars, Liam Godwin and Lane Godwin; and his great grandchildren, Kevin Tyner, Kenan Tyner, Amiyah Briones and Imani Harrison.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Funeral & Cremation Service (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Walker Funeral Chapel (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804).
