She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnie George and Destie George (Ballentine); her husband Alton Cook of Shawnee, Oklahoma.; her daughters, Cindy Norris and Debbie Acebo; and her sister Lorene Goode.

She is survived by: her children, Kenny Cook (Linda) of Pearce, Arizona, Shelley Hernandez (Nati) of Douglas, Wyoming and Anita Roberson (Archie) of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and her son-in-law Jerry Acebo of Shawnee, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
