She is survived by: her daughter Kelli Littlehead (Tracy) of Edmond; her stepchildren, Chris Spaugy (Patti) of Bethel Acres and Laura Manners of Shelburne Falls, MA; her brothers, Jim Couey (Georgianne) of Midwest City and Gary Chamblin of Ventura, CA; and her grandchildren, Mysti Totten, Maesyn Littlehead, Cathryn Spaugy, Krystin Haugen, Ronnie Wilson, Robert Lanham, Keith Irish, Ashley Boyd and Jacob Manners. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
