We bid farewell to Nathaniel Coleman (Shawnee, Oklahoma), born in Proctor, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 25, 2025 at the age of 78. Nathaniel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Nathaniel departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Nathaniel. Though Nathaniel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lonnie Cannon; and his siblings, Liza Brunson, Lonnie Brunson, Laura Strickland and Hulbert Levi Coleman.
He is survived by: his sons, Dominic Seymore of Atlanta, Georgia, Chad Williams of West Memphis, Arkansas and Zarron Hoard of Seattle; his grandchild DeKara Morris of Marion, Arkansas.; and his brother Samuel Cannon of West Memphis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and good friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Walker Funeral & Cremation Service (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804).
