We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2025, at the age of 71, Nelson Keith McGuire of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernadean Lucille McGuire and Wayne McGuire; his brothers, Wayne McGuire and Dennis McGuire; and his aunts and uncles, Delbert, Bell Langloss, Sarah and Gene Taber.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McGuire of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his son Wayne; his daughter-in-law Kristie McGuire of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his pets, Lilly, Cody and Ace; his stepchildren, Tammy Wilkerson of Shawnee, Kelly, Krista Call of Tecumseh, Lisa, Larry Blanchard of Norman, Kimberly Crow and Eric Anderson of Traverse City, Michigan; his grandchildren, Kye McGuire, Molly Feeney of Norman, Kelsey, Matthew Mullings of Macomb, Kasi and Garrett Norman of Norman, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Karson and Madilyn Mullings of Macomb, Oklahoma; and his sister Glenna Parker of Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Walker Funeral & Cremation Service (201 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sharon Baptist Church (1902 S Gordon Cooper Dr, Tecumseh, OK 74801).
