It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ruth Lakin (Shawnee, Oklahoma), born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilbert Whited and Pearl Whited; her sister-in-law Ann Whited; and her sons, Terry and Larry.
She is survived by: her husband Lindell Lakin; her children, Jerry (Christy Strain) of Checotah, OK, Sarah Troxel Price of Shawnee, OK and Nikki Sparkman (Bryan) of Jones, OK; and her siblings, Rick Whited (Judy) of Shawnee, OK, Ed Whited (Pat) of Shawnee, OK, Tony Whited of Pink, OK and Ella Foisey of Florida. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
