He is survived by: his wife Rena Faye Monholland; his children, Perry E. Monholland (Elizabeth), Nathaniel Ray Monholland (Tammy) and Teresa Lynn Monholland; and his sister Joyce. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
