He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Gregory (Miller); and his brother Jeff Gregory. He is survived by: his father Jim Gregory of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his nephew Zack Gregory; his uncle Don Gregory of Nebraska; and his close friends, Jon and Lori Flowers. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
