He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Folks of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Destiny Scarberry, Brooklyn Folks, Haleah Folks, Cruz Folks, Blake Folks and Mia Folks; his great grandchild Desriel Stargell; his siblings, Roger Frank (Teresa) of Oklahoma City, Mary Frances Ybarra (Julian) of Manhattan, Darlene Taryole (Ken) of Okmulgee, Michele Billie (Randy) of Okmulgee and Janine Bond (Terry) of Ada; his nieces and nephews, Donna Hergert (Danny) of Plainview, Christine Schmachtenburg (David) of Omaha, Julia Young (Mike) of Bonner Springs, Jamie Frank (Mikey) of Oklahoma City, Melissa House (Ricky) of Oklahoma City, Jennifer Taryole of Okmulgee, Valerie Taryole of Okmulgee, Adrienne Bond of Ada, Ramon Ybarra of Manhattan, Derrek Bond (Ashley) of Norman and Johnathan Bond of Oklahoma City; and his friends, Donna, Tim, Nick Russell and Charlene Nixon of Shawnee.
