Shane Tackett Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 30, 2025, at the age of 36, Shane Tackett (Shawnee, Oklahoma), born in El Paso, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lorna Geist and Brian Geist. He is survived by: his wife Amariah Tackett; his daughters, Lilly Tackett of Shawnee and Iris Tulsi Tackett of Wasilla, Alaska; his parents, Dwight Tackett of Midwest City, Oklahoma and Shawn Sprouse; his father-in-law Shane Sprouse of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his brothers, Joel Tackett of Midwest City, Koale Tackett of Midwest City and Chad Tackett (Katelyn) of Midwest City; his grandparents, Leona and Dwight Tackett; and his close friend Nick Boddy of Noble.
