He is survived by: his spouse Deborah K. Heath; his parents, Benton Hale and Betty Hale; his grandparents, Mervyn Allen, Katherine Allen (Ward), Marvin Hale and Lena Hale (Norwood); his grandchildren, Lyndsy Aguirre (Lawrence) of Castle Rock, Ashley Pratt-Cordova (Roberts), Loryn Perkins, Riley Hovelson of Chatfield, MN., Steven Boelke of Vientiane, Nathan Roberts, Christopher Allen Hale of Del City, OK and Crystal Gibbs; his great grandchild Noah Caldwell of Carrollton, TX.; his brother James Benton Hale (Sharon) of Tulsa, OK; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Andrew Heath (Donna) and Rebekah Smith (Heath); his nephews, Andrew Heath (Christen) of Tulsa, Julia Reneau (Heath) of Enid and Kody Fuller of Clinton, OK; Miranda and Veronica Roberts. He is also survived by cousins and loving friends.
