He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl West and Marie West; and his son Bart. He is survived by: his children, Brad West, Sabrina West and Brigette Parrott (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Kim West; his grandchildren, Delaney (Jeremiah), Gabrielle and Jaxon; his great grandchildren, Macyn and Rylan; and his cousin June Boggs.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to the Shawnee Salvation Army, Stephenson Cancer Center or The Terry West Civil Legal Clinic at The University of Tulsa College of Law.
