She was predeceased by: her parents, Barb Bland (B. L.) and Lovetta Ilene Bland (Williams); her nephew Jason Young; her husband Clliff; her brother Darrell Conrad Bland; her grandparents, Cecil, Dicie Williams and Alice Bland (Sharp); her brother-in-law Lloyd Jackson; and her friends, Jane Walker Epperson and Cheryl Black Benton.
She is survived by: her sister Sonya Jackson; her cousins, Helen Chastain, Monty, Lisa Stewart, Katrina Bland Prince, Karen Bland Hicks and Larry Jones; her niece Particia Carol Werner; her great-nephew W. J. Werner; her nephew Jeff Bland; and her close friends, Paula Mihelcic (French), Phyllis Inda (Barton), Darla Reynolds (Compton), Sharon Harris, Angela Drabek, Diana Satterlee, Tammy Orr, Bill, Sherry Fleming and Mimi.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary - South. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Garden Grove Cemetery.
