It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William E Taber in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Taber and Hazel Taber; his son Gregory Taber; and his former wife Edith Taber. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Taber; his son David Taber; his daughters-in-law, Dawn Taber and Kimberly Taber; his sister Janita Kennedy; and his grandchildren, Ashley Stone (Erek Stone), Andrew Taber (Krista Taber), Abbey Taber, Ryan Taber (Catherine Taber), Ethan Taber (Taylor Sheriff) and Madison Taber (Collin Bourland). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
