She is survived by : her stepsons, Matthew and Adam; her husband David Hackney; her daughter Sandra Shirley Mullins (Jeff Mullins); her grandson Wyatt Ramsey; her daughter Jeanna Collins (Rex Collins); her grandchildren, Travis, Daniel and Carrie Collins; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Hackney and Adam Hackney.
