He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Edgar Whiteman and Sarah Elizabeth Whiteman (York); and his brother Hub Whiteman (Midge). He is survived by: his friends, J. J. Archer, Jim Hale, Buel Jobe and Bud Penick; his wife Pat Whiteman; his daughter Kathy Horn (Toby); his grandson Mitchell Webb; his great grandchild Hank Webb (Whiteman Hill); his grandson Matthew Evans of Bixby; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Beene (Whiteman) and Whiteman Hill.
