He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edgar and Jewel Ilene Glaze (Greaser); and his siblings, Daniel, Claudia Deana and Devin.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie West; his children, Dustin (Kristen) of Tulsa, OK and Dianna (Romel Baroi) of Edmond, OK; his brother Donald (Janet) of Fountain Inn, SC; and also Cathy of Minneola, KS. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
