He is survived by : his mother Mary Victoria Fox (Rhinehart); his sisters, Vicki Starr, Julie Fulton and Becky Sue Fox-Usery; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Starr, Blake Starr, Spencer Fulton, Johnathan Harris, Larissa Beathard (Fulton) and Kelsy Sproul (Rountree).
