He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Forbes and Vera June Crain (Phelps). He is survived by: his wife Janelle Forbes (Delk); his children, Nicole Grunden (Eric), Jayme Lakey (Aaron), Jeremy Bedsworth, Kelly Forbes and Chris Culver; and his siblings, Everett Forbes and Evelyn Rose Green. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sien - Shelton Funeral Home (1000 S Lombard Ln, Skiatook, OK 74070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church West Rogers (825 W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook, OK 74070). A burial was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at the Osage Gardens Cemetery (2254 W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook, OK 74070).
