He was predeceased by : his parents, William Theodore and Cleo Gaffney (Givens); and his son Mark Allen Gaffney. He is survived by : his wife Vicky Gaffney; his children, Tonya Gaffney and Brandon Gaffney; and his siblings, Rick Gaffney, Betty Crooks and Marilyn Felts. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
