We are sad to announce that, on June 4, 2020, at the age of 76, Joyce Presley of Skiatook, Oklahoma, born in Enid, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer William and Rosa Belle Roach (Jackson). She is survived by: her children, Ralph Lee Nantz, Pat Maxey, Tammy Maxey and Joseph Presley; her brother Elmer Eugene Roach; and her uncle Jesse Jackson. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
