Judy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Judy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Judy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Smith and June Smith (Newman). She is survived by: her children, Shanna Ragan and Jerry Ragan; and her siblings, Penny Blankenship, David Smith and Danny Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Community Lighthouse Church (3199 W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook, OK 74070).
