He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Collins and Mary Collins (Crain); his former wife Louise Collins; and his daughter-in-law Elaine Collins. He is survived by: his wife Ida Louise Gragg; his children, Larry Joe Collins, Gary Scott Collins (Scotty) and Karen Sue Hafner; and his sisters, Mary Jo and Marjorie. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
