He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Monroe and Ruby Jo Crook. He is survived by: his children, Michael Crook Jr. (Amber), Thomas Crook (Kristy), Timothy Crook (Amber) and Deanna Roegner (Tristan); and his wife Shelley Marsala (Virginia). He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
