She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Werther (Bray) and Jake Werther; her brother Donald Eugene Werther; her husbands, Ralph R. Smith and Jackie Morgan; and her son-in-law Pat Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Turner and Eldon Smith (Gail); and her grandchildren, Katherine Turner, Phillip Smith, Amanda Turner and Abigail Cornett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Gideons International in Owasso, Oklahoma in Memory of Neva Smith-Morgan.
