He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Petricek; his daughter Yvette Marie Thompson (Terry Wayne Thompson); his daughter-in-law Callie Petricek; his brother Donnie Joe Petricek; his sister-in-law Ann Lynn Petricek; his grandchildren, Johnathan Eugene McElhany (Laura), Jared Anthony McElhany (Kayla), Chance Thompson (Abby), Brysun Artherton (Tera) and Jared Wall (Cassie); and his great grandchildren, Turner, Lucy, Dawson, Avery, Olivia, Finley, Ellie, Carson, Wyatt, Sawyer and Ozzy.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sien - Shelton Funeral Home (1000 S Lombard Ln, Skiatook, OK 74070).
