He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa Switzner (Ward). He is survived by: his father Thomas E. Switzner; his wife Destiny; his children, Ashlynn, Landon, Victoria, Ethan, Freyja, Akiva and Rayna; and his siblings, Aaron Havens, Wade Entz, Emily Domres and Mandy Havens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
