She was predeceased by : her parents, Dudley L. Cook (Fuller) and Ollie T. Cook (Hodson); her husband Herman F. Pendergraph; her sons, Don Franklin and Donald Wayne; her brother Donald L. Cook; her niece Denys LeAnn Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Carl G. Pendergraph and Ardell Jordan (Pendergraph).
She is survived by : her brother Deryl W. Cook (Marti); her daughters-in-law, Mary S. Pendergraph (Susie) of Snyder and Linda M. Pendergraph of Lawton; her grandchildren, Emma Leigh G. Robertson (Adam) of Lawton, Thomas W. Pendergraph of Lawton, Aaron D. Pendergraph (Stephanie) of Blanchard and Richard D. Pendergraph (Jessica) of Cache; her great grandchildren, Alyssa L. Robertson of Lawton, Roye T. Pendergraph of Lawton, Wyatt D., Grayson J. Pendergraph of Blanchard and William K. Pendergraph of Cache; her nephew Deryn H. Cook (Cheresta); her siblings-in-law, Mary Pendergraph, Helen Pendergraph and Billy T. Long; her niece Glenda Bradley (Pendergraph) of North Carolina; and her close friends, Lorenzo, Virginia Espinosa of Snyder, Alan and Patricia Smith of Fort Worth, Texas.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
